Japanese Radish Cozy Salad That Would Blow Your Mind.

 It's a bold statement,but this Japanese Radish cozy salad might be the tastiest you will ever try after trying this recipe out. 



They draw their flavors from one of the finest ingredients,lets not forget the wonderful Japanese Radish!! that is highly nutritive and packed with vitamins and minerals that are strong anti-aging veggies to try out.

Equipment.

  • Chop board
  • Measuring spoons.
  • Knives.
  • 3 Large bowls.

Ingredient.

  • 2 Cups of sliced radishes.
  • ½ Teaspoon of iodized salt.
  • 1 Clove of minced garlic.
  • 1 Cup of sliced onions.
  • 1 Large sliced cucumber.
  • ½ Cup of olive oil.
  • ⅛ Teaspoon of cayenne pepper. 
  • 1 Teaspoon of chopped of dill.
  • Sliced veggies.
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
Directions.
  • Chop the radish in slices on a chop-board,together with clove of garlic.
  • Slice cucumber separately in a bowl and onions,add pinches of salt and sprinkle oil on it.
  • Add the bowl of radish and onion into the second bowl. toss combination and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl whisk oil,vinegar,sugar and dill in a bowl until it is properly mixed. 
  • Pour over bowl of radish and toss to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Recipe Note.
  • It's Important to mix them in groups and seperately this allows your slices from breaking up.
  • Remember that it should be served when cold. They taste great and are more satisfying when served cold.
