MY STRENGTHENING ENERGY SMOOTHIE.



This strengthening energy smoothies is a guaranteed delicious desert end smoothie spectrum. they help to jump start your body,support your immune system and even boasts your agility. 




This smoothie recipe is rich in collagen,vitamins and has has energy contents in them. it is most times used as desert and can be taken with a snack pack.  





Equipment.

  • Blender
  • Measuring spoon
  • Slicer.
  • Grater.
  • Knives.
  • Glass Cups [preferably]


INGREDIENTS.
  • 1 cup of grapefruit.
  • lemonade 
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries.
  • 1 cup of fresh yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey.
  • Coconut water.
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla cream/yogurt.
  • 1 teaspoon of grated sugar.


INSTRUCTIONS.

1. wash properly the grapefruits and ensure that grapefruit body is done properly.
2. Add all mixture to the bowl and blend thoroughly.
3.Measurement of blend-able fruits should be done by you,according to how you want to take it. it could be either thick or 
4. In blender puree on high,add coconut water to adjust thickness.


RECIPE NOTE.
  • Mixing Instructions: Do not add the honey early,during the mixing. It is better to add it at the end of the process.
  • Serving Instructions: This smoothies should be served when chilled.
